"Norman and Lee came to my house and worked tirelessly until it was just right. They were great! Many of my windows had hard water stains, and Norman treated, and retreated, until they were gone. He had such a good attitude about completing the job properly, even though it took longer than we anticipated, due to the hard water stains, and he even cleaned the stained aluminum, in between the windows. Our windows are really tall too. Norman came 2 days in a row and kept telling me that he was not going to be done until the stains were out! On my part, I need to do this 2 times per year, so it doesn't get too bad again."
